In 2018, I lead teams at McGarrah Jessee and Frost Bank across marketing, user experience, development, retail operations, and IT to create a kiosk experience for financial service centers.

The goal of the experience was to extend the services of talking to a Frost banker into the Frost Room, a lounge space within branches. The kiosk was to serve as a resouce while bankers are busy with other customers or for those who prefer an independent education experience.

For the 2018 launch and test we created an MVP version that launched in test branches. Along with the MVP, I delivered a roadmap for more features as well as hypotheses for future features. After the test was deemed a success, Frost launched the MVP into all major financial centers.
